Reservations
It is possible to make a reservation via the website or by phone.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the validity of the credit card (required for booking) has been verified, or once payment of 100% of the agreed amount has been received (if bank transfer or Paypal is chosen as the method of payment, these methods are not valid for last-minute bookings).
The balance, if not paid prior to the arrival date by the above methods, will be settled on site at check-in. (to be agreed with management).
For reservations made at least 45 days before the check-in date, with bank transfer payment method, an amount equal to 30% of the total must be paid at the time of booking, the balance must be paid no later than 30 before the arrival date.
if the balance does not meet these timelines, the reservation will be considered canceled and the deposit will not be returned.
The customer may be charged the total amount at any time after booking.
Cancellation/Payments
The customer may cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. In the case of a deposit, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
The customer pays the total amount if he/she cancels within 3 days before the check-in date.
The customer pays the total amount in case of no-show.
The customer pays the total amount if he/she cancels any time prior to arrival. (For Non-Refundable Rates)
The customer may be charged the total amount at any time after booking.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time from 2:30pm to 7:00pm. On request, after 7:30pm and until 10:30pm, there is an extra charge of €30.
After 10:30 p.m. it will no longer be possible to check in.
Check-out time limit at 10:00am.
Tourist tax
In Massa Lubrense there is a tourist tax payable locally in cash. It is € 2.00 per person per night in the period from 1 April to 31 October, except for children under 18 and over 75, for a maximum of seven nights.
Children and Extra Beds
Children are welcome.
Children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing beds (cots available on request and subject to availability).
All children over the age of 3 and all adults pay 25€ per night (using extra beds).
Maximum capacity of extra beds is 1 in some rooms only.
Penalty
In case of damage to property or objects in the accommodation, a minimum penalty of EUR 50 will be charged. In the event of greater damage, the amount to be compensated in proportion to the damage caused will be agreed with the management.
Animals
Medium-small pets are allowed upon request.
There is an additional charge of 15€ per day per animal.
